How do I sell my gently used items to Toy Go Round?

Customers may bring their items to Toy Go Round anytime during our hours of operation. Items should be brought to our side drop off entrance. A sales associate will screen your items, if possible, while you wait or shop in our store. The sales associate will then make you an offer on any items that we are interested in purchasing. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OUR OFFER. If you would prefer to receive a higher rate for your items, you may choose to consign with Toy Go Round.

Why were some of my items refused?

IMG_3642-300x190There are a number of possible reasons why your items may be refused. Possible reasons include:

  • The item is not clean, or is in poor condition.
  • The item has been recalled.
  • There is little demand for the item.
  • The item is outdated or out of season.
  • The item is not age appropriate.

What is Toy Go Round’s Return Policy?

All sales on Toys and Equipment are FINAL. Toy Go Round will accept returns on tagged clothing within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit or exchange.

How do I know if the product I buy from Toy Go Round is safe for my child?

Toy Go Round makes every effort to ensure your child’s safety. All products are inspected for broken or missing pieces as they are brought into the store for resale. Toy Go Round also routinely receives recall information from the Consumer Product Safety Commission and all recalls are communicated to employees to ensure that recalled products are not sold through Toy Go Round. Parents are responsible for following age guidelines. As with all toys and equipment, parental supervision is strongly advised.
